Says to me, that there were a handful of " weld range metals" old holders who needed to exit, without new buyers - and there isnt the promotion material yet, eg, drilling to get the wider market attention.
Cant see any logic, in an IPO punter at 20c, and 2c per option selling at 40% discount before the drilling gets under way.
At 10m mc, poised well for base accumulation leading into drill activity imo.
