I think you are right about the nominees actually. But 41 holding less than 1000 shares seems bizarre tho..??
I’m not sure now..
73 holding 150m would equate to 2m shares each - (I wish!!!) 8 entities (MJ, RR, TGestate, Sprott and the board) hold 50m so that brings 100m across 65.. still 1.5m average..
I think that looks to me you are right and it is nominees...
The board do have the facility to look at the holdings in more depth tho, I know they have been aware of who has been selling at certain points in the past.
If you want a definitive answer I would email the company. Or ask on LSE, I’m sure you’ll get an intelligent response ;-)
