Rick Rule personally described him as “scrappy” and is equally as impressed. He is certainly out to make a name for himself. There are lots of videos out there and you can see his understanding is beyond his years. He proved to be a shrewd deal maker - it was him that negotiated the 2% UNCAPPED NSR over the MOD ground.
