I am not the slightest bit "worried" about this specific issue (I don't hold any shares yet) but am rather simply noting an observation and asking a (possibly significant) question ..... especially as it specifically relates to Mansounia and other various posts under the "$275 million claim topic" referred to in earlier postings pertaining to that property. I am simply trying to join the dots and seek some clarity after the company had clearly said IN ABOVE PRE-QUOTATION DISCLOSURE that they were "CONFIDENT" of meeting the extension date of 15 June to secure the Exploitation Permit and subsequent access to the Sprott Facility.

There are now only TWO possible outcomes or scenarios at the current time ..... either

1) Robex has acquired the required Exploitation Permit meaning everything is good with the Sprott facility

OR

2) Robex has not met the 15 June deadline (which was extended) and (in the absence of any further announcements from the company) the status of the US$25 million is undisclosed and therefore unknown
