Id say its a big fund getting set and balancing the initial $22 position. They know free float is small so that will get a chunk and then back away and lets it settle. Capital coming in will want more from the TDM selldown if above 26.40 for 3 weeks. Crazy price here but can stay up for a few days. sub $20 in 6 months i reckon.
