company has $7m in cash and trading at an undiluted MC of $7m , so pretty ridiculously cheap if you ask me

right before the placement, when all info was out there, and they had yet to confirm that the deal is a 100% go ahead, markets were in bear territory and the price closed at 1.9c

that would be worth 3.8c in today's post consolidation price

The $5m placement to instos and sophis was at 3.2c post consolidation (23% premium to the current price on market)

Thanks for sharing that. Time for me to have another look since they did a consolidation. Certainly looking more attractive than before the relist
