Acquisition of the solar farm was $8 mill - looking at the prospectus - 1.7 mill in cash + 1.8 mill in "exploration assets" = $11.5 mill in assets and trading 4 times this... While net cashflow will be negative for a couple of years and a fresh new cap raise is approaching to keep the business afloat. I think i am going to wait a while before i buy in - i do think that the green energy perspective will bring the price momentum up.
