FDA Approval allows them to charge $100 per scan. Even at 10% its SP is exceptional value.
The MOAT is the size of the database the algorithm was developed with. The success rate of the software is also an advantage.
Alot of benefit to supporting industries like equipment manufacturers, hospital budgets and insurance companies is probably the reason the who's who of hospitals are implementing it.
There is a market entry process in place and the next FDA approval is a part of it.
