The paper is behind a paywall AICp. I see it you have three options for trying to get better informed.

One - pop down to your local library and see if they can get the paper for you.

Two - pay the few dollars yourself required to access it.

Three - from memory the open access fee for papers in that journal is around $2000. Contact RAP and tell them that there is shareholder interest in the paper and they should pay the fee to make it open access; so all shareholders can read it.
