the way I see it is at least the NMT are doing something! I would assume the MB plant is ticking along and getting built and wouldn't need a whole lot of oversight by the NMT team, as SMS have been built plants for years. So might as well get out there and try and get some cash flow using our recycling/Met expertise!!
