But really how easy is it to just pack up and leave? Surely it would be very costly in terms of the de/re-mobilisation as well as lost production. If it was that easy it would have been done already surely as the DR have been nothing but entirely unhelpful. I don't think the potential of this company will ever be realised in the DR. Put the plant in a sensible and cooperative place and take it from there. Time to take our medicine (AGAIN).
