Yeh, rather impressive. My eye was drawn to sub heading below "Established mining code & fiscal regime". I had in fact 'asked about' last week re anticipated changes to the Guinea mining code, and got a no to that. I expect reference to established mining code, underscores that.

With such strength in the sector, eg 30% GDP contribution, it's hard to believe that the Guinea govt would start messing with significant changes to the mining code - why upset the apple cart. P21 - exploitation permit still indicated being granted 4th quarter this year. Meanwhile, Pardey & co are spending extended time in Guinea, other team members in the US presenting at conferences, & stakeholder meetings. PDI's foot is definitely on the accelerator.
