Yes totally agreed, and lets not forget that converting out technologies into products we can sell takes a lot of $$$ and that's where the SP comes into the equation. If AXE is $3 a share instead of .30c a share, it will be able to issue fewer shares to raise the money it needs (which also means you'll be diluted less) and if it wants to go down the borrowing route how much more likely is it to attract a lender on reasonable loan terms if AXE has a much bigger MarketCap.
