There were also mentions of an ATM facility recently on HotCopper after CEO Alex Andrews presented to *********. I was not in attendance at the live presentation, however, it is my understanding that a viewer asked about an ATM facility as a way for the company to raise additional capital.

The Neurotech CEO declined to comment, which is completely fair enough. I suspect this is what the company was working on in the background. This corporate mandate is a far more beneficial outcome for shareholders as it provides share price appreciation as well as capital ($2.275m). The ATM facility would place downward pressure on the company's share price as the company sells shares to prospective buyers on market via a broker in exchange for capital.

Well done by management here.
