so far just a " medical / technical " t/o. If results show what's anticipated and if there are no legal implications then there is a good chance for ALA to be taken over but I think rather by scrip offer than cash. Despite PH calling the shots for ALA he wouldn't have to rule himself out to vote for it as a IMU chair. But if there was CHM t/o half of the IMU board would have to be excluded, similar to RAD.
