SP hasn't moved because no deal has been signed yet. No offtake. No finance. @1956, however you spin it, nothing has been de-risked yet. Infact, all i keep seeing is the "offtaker" keeps setting more and more conditions and hurdles for us to jump through. For all the positivity, until a deal is signed, we haven't achieved anything.
