These guys (by which I mean ARM) have a pretty disappointing track record, but they are at least being a bit proactive now. Combining these resources makes sense to me. I'm a little surprised at the market reaction. Perhaps they don't like them pouring cash into PDI. But for me it's better spent on exploration than simply keeping the lights on in an office.
And I think I'll take up my rights in PDI. There are worse ways to waste money in today's market.
