I do not understand when you say holding 55% in MCL but quote The Company also pursues additional investment opportunities, and has entered into an agreement to acquire 55% of Medical Cannabis Limited, an Australian leader in the hemp and Cannabis industries.
Has QBL actually got 55% control of MCL or just an agreement to get 55%
If they actually own 55% of MCL with its Vitahemp as it's Subisdary surely QBL's share price should reflect that
