It's a good Ann except for the part , "Length of time the Shares have been held" being one of the criteria for MCL shares 'preference' allocation as a QBL Shareholders.

This has 'no incentive' for new Investors / Shareholders to QBL. Hope the Management will 'rethink' about this as they might as well wait to purchase MCL shares instead when it goes to IPO .
