Wow, this would appear to be an announcement with a bit more substance than some of the other recent ones (though I note, no payment orders yet), but the share prices is actually DOWN since the announcement was released - obviously the market is a bit cynical about these releases at the moment!

So now all we need is the CR announcement, together with an announcement that the board are substantially reducing their salaries in order to give themselves a more realistic chance of achieving their option targets and to minimise the chance that further cap raisings will be required in the future.

If we get all of that, then I will oversubscribe (if they offer it as a Rights Issue) - especially if they offer bonus options as a sweetener. I will be very disappointed if we get diluted without even having the option to participate.
