It is quick all right, whilst I’m very happy with the announcement, the sceptic in me says that management must have known the ML was going to be approved. It was 3 months before it was expected, yet somehow in the three days after the ML was approved, they managed to conduct the tender process and decide on the favoured contractors. From experience, this takes a lot longer than three days!
That being said, I’m very glad to see management enacting what is proving to be a detailed progression plan and ticking all the right boxes in line with their established timeline. This will definitely set the company up for mining by the end of the year!
