Preaching to the choir, but likely $150ml commited, and at advanced stages where most likely the second EPA gives the green light, contractors will be on the ground to start construction... EPA still a big requirement to open the finance doors,,, but anyone interested in actual construction starting asap, this is a very positive announcement towards that end...
