$150 mill committed? How much money do TMT have to commit currently? Having tried to get this project over the line two different ways previously it does seem they are trying to fake-it-till-you-make-it now. Which is fine, and might be the best strategy.

Once the EPA and Tata are over the line this should be on.
But is it profitable to do? Kind of important to know.
