If I was on the sales team............the incentive to perform and what can be gained is tremendous.
If I was the CEO, I would want my team to perform at their best because this works well for all........including SH
I can imagine that if Max options are provided because of all hard work done and targets reached.........................there must be a flow-on effect. More sales = more word of mouth= more evidence= more lucrative down the track

Anyone want to buy old fishing gear?......................I need more dollars while this buying opportunity exists
