    I am well aware of the share price cartage.

    I am less aware of the UK legislation that requires the BOE and the ECB to do a stress test for increased capital due to a share price movement.

    The company remains profitable and the results are hardly catastrophic. Even the projections are positive.

    Can you direct me to the legislation that you refer to please.
