Rate – 100 basis points above five-year US treasury rate (implied rate ~2.2% p.a.)
That would surely hugely appeal to potential project partners. Buying into a project with all capex funding locked in at 2.2% and Zinc prices currently above assumptions used in the BFS.Will be very interesting to see how they go about raising further funds, and how that proportion raised stacks up against the reported NPV in the BFS.
Might have to knock that NPV discount rate of 8 down a peg of two as well.
