Agree Burnside, Yachty that JD achieved a lot, especially with the approvals. Fact that Chinese became silly with their re-engineering and internal processes was not his fault. Jardine has brought a new skill set and was also able to capitalise on heightened geopolitics.
It's been a tough road for a project that was always likely to profitable, but freezing cold. I'm sure it put off a lot of prospective financiers earlier.
