A capital raise at 4.4c. You must be joking. That is beyond a joke.
Let's see what tomorrow brings. I don't think the EXIM money is in the IBG bank account just yet. Still more work to be done. Maybe EXIM will now get someone with mining experience to review the project and decide it is a dud.
