I'm really hoping this stays under 10c, as I want more. I keep re-reading the announcement, and it looks like the full capex. Have I got this wrong? The only things that can undo us now is the "preliminary" status of the approval, ie how much dilution the equity raising brings. I think we need to brace for a heavy dilution, in case EXIM expects IBG to stump up a % of the capex, so IBG has "skin" in the game. There is still heaps of upside, so room for this. A least it appears that won't be a drawn out affair.
I think this could shoot up to the value of the loan, at least. But who knows, the market is so irrational.
