I'd hope there'd be an option for an SPP available to existing holders, but given the cash injection possibly needed, the current MC on the open market, it's not looking probable - if they need $10M, they probably wont get it from the group that got them just north of $50M. If we're up for 20% dilution, may be worth taking action to chip away at that once trading starts, but good luck topping up under 5.

Expecting potential share consolidation, possibly as much as 5:1 at some point in the future, just to assure we get above that $1 mark.
