Wow if this is true then it's honestly a disgrace.
Sure I am incredibly happy with this EXIM result. I had it as the best possible outcome on my spectrum of possibilities that could happen. But what is the company seriously thinking here with a discounted raise?
1.2 billion shares on issue and you hand out another 70m shares on the back of the biggest de-risking news the company has had in it's lifetime?
Seriously let's call a spade a spade. This is a joke decision.
