Seriously, we don't know the EXIM conditions. Many holders would have been ecstatic at raising half the capex, then funding the remainder at with a CR at 20c. But that would have resulted in massive dilution, compared to our current situation. If $3M is the price to admission for a 16 fold increase on the loan value alone, then by all means, get the $3M now. Retail has a habit of sweating the small stuff. Keep your eyes on the prize!! The shares don't care what price you bought them, or how long you held them. Its the future that matters.
