25-35c a share for a takeover? Forget about it. Like kevin said, $1 a share or GTFO. If this was months before the EXIM loan announcement, maybe it's worth considering, but since we got the loan offer for the entire capex (!), why should we sell ourselves that dirt cheap? We are now in a position to charge a high price if anyone even considers a takeover, so offer more than $1 a share.
