MJ’s calculations don’t have anything to do with plant capacity or cost. You can have a small plant or a large plant running at 90% efficiency, and those numbers won’t change.
But the cost of a small plant is relatively high vs its capacity, so that’s why Hazer redid the FEED with a larger-capacity design.
