Resource Capital Research 15 Jun - US$60/lb
Carmichael Research 18 May - US$70/lb (2014) rising to US$75/lb (2019)
WH Ireland Research 15 May - same as Carmichael
Therefore the capital investment looks like being paid back over about 18 months at full production (note that full production is likely to take several years to achieve).
