I think I agree with kdwc and EL in saying that PAN is yet to demonstrate it is profitable and where its operating costs will land (imo it nearly ran out of cash a few months ago).
If the operation performs as predicted in feasibility studies I expect the share price will head well north.
I added shares at 21.5 this week (which is a bit of a risk - prior to the next quarterly - I suffered from FOMO as the sp started moving a little).
