    I am really surprised they were able to achieve such a large cash build.
    I tip my hat to LJ and the team.
    Clearly the re-worked hedging profile is making a big difference.
    Plus, it would seem the extra stripping costs are either less than forecast, or still to come.
    I still think NTM got a stupidly good deal, but... it seems to be a done deal at this point.
