There are only three MNO's now, and VHA has not been able to run a profit in that environment, so in my view that seems a difficult argument to support.
I also believe that there is an argument to suggest that creating a stronger 3rd MNO would provide greater competition in regional areas. Currently TPG has no plans to cover rural areas.
"NBN creates a level playing field at retail level" that is about the funniest thing I've heard in a while.
I'm quite sure the "ACCC won't be bullied or dictated to, its their job to stick up for consumers". Yes you would think so. However, given their recent decisions, they aren't doing a fantastic job are they?
