Bosco, I totally agree with your sentiment on options. I am very long on fundamentals on this one. Significant volume will come, there is no doubt about that, I also believe the volume that comes with rail funding secured news will overwhelm any other volumes in the past. Meanwhile railroad and ovoot operations would help SP.
