It is the most important point for investors. A company with 26 staffs, I think they only have one full time accountant and one part time accounts assistant. The accountant need to produce a high level of budgeting report to convince the investor. Then we can see the SP break through. A long term investors are investing for foreseable profit, not for speculation.
