That’s a general statement regarding directors liability insurance and directors are covered for liabilities that occur from things that can go wrong in business that can be beyond their control. They are not covered for deliberate acts of misconduct.
The results of the legal review will let us know if this is a genuine attempt to resurrect the company or just a clean up exercise.
