LWP state that these reports have been given to ASX and ASIC - so one would presume that shareholders will not be provided with a copy.
What a farce - we get ripped-off by the actions of past directors, watch as LWP is stripped of its cash and assets, to a point where our shares are worthless - yet we are deprived of the knowledge as to what happened, and who is responsible for the millions$ of our lost money!
It was our money.
Given that LWP trumpeted that they were initiating the reviews, and then that the reviews had been completed, then it is beholden upon LWP to release the reports to shareholders.
The results of these reports are of critical importance to shareholders, and potential investors.
How can LWP move ahead, if acquiring new business opportunities, but particularly raising funds by CR or new investor, or J/V or even debt, unless they release the results and details of these reports???
That's what Continuous Disclosure is all about !
