The report has been given to ASIC, I assume they wont allow anything to be released while they investigate the matter, especially if they are going to prosecute (hopefully!)
I had to give evidence to ASIC once about a dodgy director of a listed company once, and never got to find out what happened.
ASX are toothless tigers if they aren't in the company anymore.
