Goodness, does APG know what they are building? If beams have been installed, then why has the process equipment not been installed? You cannot design the process tower columns and beams unless the various equipment has been previously designed and weights and dimensions are known. Last years Annual Report (Chairman) page 2 quote"Erection of the north extension of the process tower has advanced and equipment has been installed as construction is completed..."
It would seem from the current announcement that the last years report was a load of blatant lies meant to deceive shareholders.
Reading the 2012 report states that the plant should have been completed mid 2013, yet a year later, all sits idle.
What will this years report claim?
