A single entity can only go to 24.99% ownership before a review is triggered it appears to me. I don't think a single entity would be allowed to aggregate a position >24.99% under several holding companies or brokers.
This limits the 'stealth' takeover. This seemed quite an interesting inclusion, and while I haven't gone back in previous 4C to see if I have just missed this in previous additions, it's relevance to the now and near future, raised at least one eyebrow on reading.
