IMO some of the expenditure on improvements would be room configuration to maximise the staff to educator ratio, those changes introduced.
Developing staff a positive step, but please no apps, no Webinars, let staff find experts and support within their local communities. No point having someone in NSW training staff on the Gold Coast, local networking and support are crucial for staff, children and families.
