Can you BELIEVE some of the comments in the annual report such as:

"Smaller investments made by the fund had generally been disappointing..."
Ed: This mob can't get one investment right. They are a disgrace.

"It is accepted that the exposure to SRQ was large - at cost, around 50% of MEF's equity - but is within the scope of mandate..."
Ed: 50% in a small cap miner. What ere they thinking.

"We do discount winding up MEF..."
Ed: After the pain they've inflicted on us poor SHs, they still want you to trust them!!!!

Look at what Brown has done to Tidewater. Pretty much destroyed that company as well.
