This is the kind of thinking that Shaman might have had. He was sacked and for good reason.

No one cares whether Penthrox is better than or worse than any other analgesic. All we care about is whether enough people buy Penthrox and at what margin. If you lose sight of that because you think you are better than the rest then you will fail as a company.

This company MUST become profit focussed or it might as well never have aimed to expand overseas. Nothing else matters, certainly not how many times its used in Bondi rescue.
