Thanks Rush-in. It is good to hear when the ACCC is set. Were there any comments from the Board worth hearing in regard to it? Won't it be frustrating if FRM gets fined for what these guys have done and their private companies West Coast Eggs, Southern Eggs and all the others don't get fined.
Was there a reason for the expected easing in egg supply in the second half? From my limited knowledge chickens don't act seasonally. Certainly the Farm Pride results compared half against half on the Commsec earning sector show no signs of seasonality. Funnily enough, my understanding of why they are in trouble with the ACCC was because they were trying to encourage egg supply easing.
