In regards to the accc case the board could only say that they will fight the allegations as they believe they have done nothing wrong. I asked the question if any of our ( farm prides) contracts were in jeopardy because of the accc allegations and Bruce said no they have been in contact with all wholesalers and supermarket chains and they are fine with it. Coles told them that they have there own problems with the accc.
in regards to the loosening in supply they compared it to last Christmas when there was the ai outbreak and supply was tight.
